m	m s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よもぎ蒸しと体ほぐしのコースを体験しました。はじめの足湯は、カウンセリングをしながら足もみしてくれるのでとても気持ち良かったです。よもぎ蒸しは体の芯から温まってよもぎの香りでとてもリラックスできました。少し汗をかきましたが、さらりとした汗なのでとても気持ち良いです。サウナはのぼせてしまうので苦手ですが、よもぎ蒸しはマントから顔が出ているのでのぼせずに温まれました。足蒸しや顔蒸し、背中蒸し等自分の好きな体勢でできました。よもぎ蒸し後はリラックスして眠くなるので、その後の体ほぐしは至福のひと時です。その名の通り、ははともさんのあたたかい手で、気になる部分を中心に頭から足先までほぐしてもらい寝てしまいます。とても大満足でした。自分へのご褒美にまた通いたいです。 I experienced a course of steaming YOMOGI and relaxing the body.
