また新潟市へ行く事があっても二度と使わない。

年配のスタッフの方の対応が接客業としてありえません。他のスタッフの方はとても丁寧です。他の方の評価も下げかねないので、仕事中だけでいいのだから仕事に適した口調や判断をしてもらいたくなります。
全く別会社の不動産に研修でもして若い子を見て学んでもらいたいです。
違ったら失礼ですが、お客様が面倒なだけで、自分間違ってないと思ってそうなのでまた同じ苦情がいつか出ると思います。
パートかなにかで社員でないのでしょう。
年配のおばさんが担当になった際はお気をつけ下さい。
