米どころ新潟は、餅菓子が主流となる。
握り飯も自家で炊いた昆布佃煮の美味しさたるや。
そして、干瓢を巻いた海苔巻が美味しいんだから間違いない。

The rice balls are also deliciously cooked in kelp tsukudani.
