★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親戚が一時期入居し、何度も面会に行ったが職員も施設自体の管理が最悪で、退去するとき預けていた保険証を紛失された。かなり前から退去する旨を伝えていたのに退去当日に見つからないと言い出し、必ず連絡して下さいと言ったのに無視。結局見つからず新しい特養の人が再発行の手続きをしてくれた。物もよくなくなるし、洗濯物も他人のものが混ざっているなんて頻繁にあった。杖、めがね、紙おむつ、おやつなどなくされたものは数知れず。泥棒でも住んでいるのかと思うほど。最後の見送り時、意味のわからない、先２ヶ月の利用料を一旦払ってください。その後返します。と言い出したので住んでもいないところに払えないとはっきり断った。お金に汚い。不透明。ただ食事だけは美味しかったらしい。
