歴史の有るトレーニングジムで４０年以上前からやって居たとは、知りませんでした。家族経営迄でオーナーが七十歳過ぎていますが優しく親切で現役バリバリ筋肉マッチョです(^｡^)。
私は、お腹の出っ張りと体重を少し、落したくて早や1ヶ月過ぎた七十才に近いおじさんです^o^。
女性も若い方から私と同じ位の方、頑張って居るのを見ると私も負けて居られない(＞人＜;)感じです。
