★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高齢の祖母が昔から通っていますが、あまり良い病院とは言えません。
去年から火曜日の午後診察が無くなったことにより、午後の診察がある(月)(水)(金)が非常に混み合うようになりました。待合室が狭いので大変密度が高いです。
他の患者様方もご高齢の方が殆どなので身動きがとれません。
一人一人の診察時間にも大きな差があり医師や看護師の態度も異なります。
機嫌が悪いときにはむっつりとしてほとんど会話らしい会話もなく、時折足踏みなどをして高圧的で非常に診察室の雰囲気が悪いです。悪い意味で慣れてしまった看護師の態度は雑で無愛想です。
かと思えば、常連の患者様には全く違う愛想の良いニコニコした態度で接していたりと、患者様を選んでいるようで非常に不愉快な思いをしたことが多々あります。
耳が遠くなった祖母にたいしても配慮があまり感じられません。
初診では絶対にかからない事をおすすめします。
また電話やインターネット等での予約は一切ありません。
直接受付に行くしかありません。
受付開始前に順番取りの様なものがあるので遠方からの来院は不便です。よくも悪くも地元優先です。それでも診察終了までに平均して一時間近くかかりますので、極力回数を減らして通うのが精一杯なのが現状です。
せめて火曜日の午後診療だけでも復活させて欲しいです。

Most of the other patients are elderly, so they cannot move.
There is a big difference in the consultation time of each person, and the attitudes of doctors and nurses are also different.
When I'm in a bad mood, I'm moody and there is almost no conversation like conversation, and sometimes I step on it and it's high pressure and the atmosphere of the examination room is very bad. The attitude of a nurse who has become accustomed to it in a bad way is crude and unfriendly.
When I think about it, I often treat regular patients with a completely different and friendly smile, which makes me feel very uncomfortable as if I were choosing a patient.
I don't feel much consideration for my deaf grandmother.
We recommend that you never take it at the first visit.
There are no reservations made by phone or internet.
There is no choice but to go directly to the reception.
It is inconvenient to visit the hospital from a distance because there is something like taking turns before the reception starts. For better or worse, local priority is given. Even so, it takes about an hour on average to complete the examination, so it is the current situation that I try to reduce the number of times as much as possible.
I want you to revive at least the medical examination on Tuesday afternoon.
