あまり歯科に通わないので他と比較して良い悪いはよく分かりませんが、治療と説明は良くしてもらった印象です。 ただし、お医者さんが院長先生1人だけと思われるので、混んでいる時は2名の患者さんを同時並行で効率よく治療されてました。逆に言うと忙しそうでした。

1.予約しているのに1時間半弱待ちました。 2.歯の掃除の依頼だけだったのですが、まずレントゲンを撮らされ、昔虫歯の治療した部分を指してそこが虫歯になっていると言われました。そしてその樹脂を取ってセラミックにしろと勧められました。私は歯医者ジプシーで他にも都心で複数の歯医者に診てもらってますが誰もそこが虫歯になっていると仰らなかったです。セラミックの様な高価な治療を強くすすめるのはどうかと思います。

受付の電話対応に苦情します。 以前主人がお世話になり良い先生だからと勧められて、新患予約をEPRKS経由で行いました。ちょうど水曜の休診日だったようでしたがネット上では希望する日程の予約が可能と表示されておりました。追ってクリニックから最終予約の電話が入るとの事で、翌日の今日電話をお待ちしていたところ、希望する日は混み合っていて、希望の時間より4時間以上後でないと取れないとの事。都合が合わないと返答すると、ではすごくお待たせするかもしれないけらど、ご希望の時間でお取りしますか?と。待ち時間もわからないようでは予約を取る意味ないですし、そもそも、EPARKSでは予約可能時間枠が10以上あるのに、どうしてですか?と質問したら、私の言葉を遮ってこの受付担当者は、外部のサイトなので実際の予約管理と差異がある、こちらではコントロール不可能なんです、と当然のようにおっしゃる始末。 それであれば、サイトの情報と実際の予約が合うように、改善される必要があるんじゃないですか?と僭越ながら進言すると、またも言葉を遮り話出す受付嬢。 ならばと、他の診療可能な日程を質問すると、不貞腐れた感じで3日後の日程を提案くださいましたが、もう私的には売られた喧嘩状態となり、予約を入れるのは取りやめました。 その後、EPARKを利用されてる他の歯科医の予約情報も閲覧しましたが、予約可能な時間帯は日毎に異なり、実際の予約状況に合致してそうな印象でした。 経営者の歯科医の先生には、外部予約サイトをご利用になるならば、実際の予約状況と情報の整合性を高められてはどうかと思います 苦情を書く方も気分悪いですが、それを押しても発言させてもらいました。良い先生なのに、残念です

①歯石取りやクリーニングの依頼のみでお願いしたのに、他の方が記載されてる通り、初診でレントゲン検査をやり始め、虫歯があるとか言われ、かなり深く削られてしまい、私の意志とは違う方向で勝手に治療されました。 クリーニング目的だったのに、定期的に通うならしっかりと信頼ある歯医者にしたかったです。 何より気持ち悪いのが、女性患者に対して医師の話し方が子供に対する話し方のように幼稚言葉で声色が変わるのが、虫唾が走るほど耳障りで嫌でした。本人は優しく接してると勘違いしてるのか二度といきません。治療に対して、私が最初に聞いた治療内容と違うと指摘したら逆ギレっぽく幼稚言葉はなくなり、ああこういう人なのだな、と。 ②Eparkで予約してましたが、急遽いけなくなってしまった日があり、前日でキャンセルの連絡をしたくても診療時間外だったので、Eparkを通じてメールで事前連絡入れてるにも関わらず、当日、何度も着信が入っており、出れない状況でもしつこくかかってきました。後日、予約を取り直して行ったところ、その件で「メールで連絡くれてたんですね、すみません」と見落としたようなことを言ってましたが、このIT社会でサイト上と上手く連動できてなく、このタイムラグは何なのだろうと不信と不愉快続きで診療が行われ、毎回苦痛でしかなかったです。 サイトの利便性が活かせないならEpark利用から外した方が双方にとっていいのではないでしょうか?

詰め物がとれてしまったので緊急で伺う。事前電話での受付女性の対応は普通だが、雰囲気は明るい 実際に伺うと、間口は狭いがとても印象の良い待合室 受付の女性はともかく明るい 問診も丁寧 診療は仕切られていてほぼ個室 陽射しも明るい 目の前にレントゲンや写真が見られるモニター。機器も新しい 努めて対応は丁寧で気配りを感じた。とてもホットできる空間 先生は若くて説明も明解たから、納得しやすい。一つ一つの説明が安心感をもらえる 治療の腕前も確かであった。とてもよい先生に出会えました。混んでしまうと嫌だから、あまり、ここで紹介したくない(笑) (追記)2回目の診察に行ってきました 今回は予約だからゆっくりじっくりやってくれました。 私の場合、すべては噛み合わせが悪いことからきているとわかり、調整してもらったら、とても食事が楽になりました! 写真を見ながらの診察計画を決め、治療開始 次回が楽しみになっている自分がいます(笑) お勧めです!
