Mr. Isozaki was indebted to me for walking and strength-up classes to prevent frailty. I do my best in walking and gymnastics almost every day. You can be fine. Thank you ??️? Thank you.

There are athletics in and near the gym, so it's a good place to move. The staff is also kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナワクチンの接種をしているが2回目に行ったのですが段々適当になっていると思いました。そしてボランティアだが分かりませんが知り合いらしき人と世間話を楽しそうに長々お話していました。とても嫌な感じがした！蜜は駄目と言いながら蜜ではないのかなー！
I have been vaccinated with corona vaccine, but I went there for the second time, but I thought it was becoming more appropriate.
