★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これは２０１８年の評価です。消防署に行く前に電話をかけ、ある書類の取り扱いはあるかを聞いたところその電話対応が丁寧だった。書類を取りに行くと本当に取りに来るか分からないのに書類を用意して待っていてくれた。駐車場に入った時も駐車場に居た青い服を着た人達が皆元気な声で挨拶してくれた。消防署の正面の窓口に居た人も書類の書き方を丁寧に説明してくれた。以前も来た事がある消防署だがいつも丁寧な対応をしてくれた。今まで何回も火事の現場を見た事があるがそのたびに丁寧に消火活動をしている隊員の姿を見てきた。毎回、落ち着いて活動していて素晴らしいと思います。星５つとなっているがそれ以上だと感じました。
This is a 2018 rating. Before I went to the fire department, I called and asked if I would like to handle certain documents. When I went to get the documents, I prepared the documents and waited for me to know if I really would get it. All the people in blue clothes who were in the parking lot greeted me with a cheerful voice even when they entered the parking lot. The person who was at the window in front of the fire department also carefully explained how to write the documents. The fire department that has come before, but always gave me a polite response. I have seen the scene of the fire many times so far, but have seen the figure of the members who are extinguishing activities carefully each time. I think it's wonderful to be calm and active every time. It has been five stars but I felt it was more than that.
