★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 嘘でも作り話でもないです。知人がここで働いてて精神的にやられました。ここは働く人にとっては完全プラックな施設です。陰湿なイジメは常識、マニュアルなんであってないようなもの。お局の気分と感情がその日のマニュアルです。新人で1年以上の人はほぼ皆無です。ここは本当に最低な施設です。相談員という人間もケアマネジャーも施設長までどれも普通の感覚を持ったまともな人間は皆無です。
ご自分の大事な人生の時間をこんなところで無駄にしないで、他のところに当たられた方が良いですよ。

Insidious bullying is a common sense, something that is not a manual. The mood and feelings of the station are the manual for the day. There are almost no newcomers over a year. This is really the worst facility. There are no decent people with ordinary feelings, such as counselors, care managers, and facility managers.
Don't waste your precious life time in such a place, you should hit another place.
