m	mama新米 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車の中でPCR検査をやったのですが、とてもスムーズに行えました。看護師さんの雰囲気がよく、優しかったので、院内も良い感じの病院なのかなと思ったのですが、黒髪で髪を束ねてる(この日は)受付の方はとても対応が悪く、初めて話す時から口調は強め、6時に検査結果の連絡がいくと言われ、初めて検査を受けたので当日連絡くるか分からなかったので、今日の６時なのか確認したらスルーされ説明を続けられました。また帰り際は、私が財布にお釣りを片付けている時に、「お気をつけてお大事に」と言ってくれたものの、気付いた時にはその女性は院内に入って行きました。そういう言葉をかけるときはアイコンタクトをとろうとすることが大切だと思うのですが。コロナ感染しているかもしれないという人とはあまり話したくないかもしれませんが、車から離れて言うとか対応の仕方はさまざまあるのではないでしょうか？私は熱があったり症状が酷いわけではないので、細かいところですが、女性の対応に苛立ちを感じてしまいました。私より目上の方だからこそ尚更そういう対応をされて残念でした。私問わず、体調が良くない方が、余計悪くなるような対応はしない方が良いと思いますよ。 I did a PCR test in the car and it went very smoothly. y	y A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熱が出てると受診。朝から何軒も病院に電話して断られ、ようやく予約できたので受診。他の方の口コミどおり車で待って検査する形でした。唾液を取るとときに電話で説明あったと思いますが、30分以内の飲食はありませんよね?と言われた。が何も説明受けておらずのど飴を舐めていた。 30分後やりましょうとまた待ち時間。待ってる間、先生の問診で電話が来た。何か小バカにされたような説明が続き、結果PCRもやらない方向。会社を休んできたので何かしらして帰らないとと言い、インフルエンザの検査を要求。それでも10人くらい希望した方がいるが誰も反応出てないから、流行ってないしやっても無駄だと言われた。結果は陰性のようでしたが、それが患者に向かう態度かと思った。看護師の方の対応は良かったが、電話予約したときの説明不足、先生の態度が気に食わないので、もう二度と行くことはないでしょう。 I have a medical examination when I have a fever. 0	0119 matsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 発熱が有ってかかりつけ医が居ないので、青森県の相談ダイヤルで教えてもらって連絡。PCR検査を車に乗ったままで受けられました。電話予約はスムーズで、実際に行った時に、車まで来てくれた方の対応も非常に良く、おまけに検査した当日中に結果を連絡してもらえるので助かりました。発熱が有るとなると、診察券を持ってる所でも月に１回以上来ている人じゃないとかかりつけ扱いにならないと診断を断られてしまって、おまけに勤務先からはPCR検査の結果が出るまで出社できない状態で困っていたので、本当に助かりました。同じような状態の方には特におすすめしたいです。 I have a fever and I don't have a family doctor, so I contacted him by using the consultation dial in Aomori prefecture.
