★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大変残念。駅というロケーションなのをわかってない。生酒を購入したが、要冷蔵と謳っているのにお土産に持って帰るにはお粗末な対応。保冷バックなし、おまけに保冷剤はお隣で自分で購入してきてくださいとの店員さんの言葉。しまいには、私が買って来ますか？の一言。普通、料金はかかっても問題ないとして、土産品売り場では店員から保冷剤は？バックは？と聞かれる場面。
これでは県外に持って帰る気も失せますね。
改善が必要では？秋田の玄関口なので。
Very disappointing. I do not know the location of the station. I bought raw sake, but it is a poor response to take it home as a souvenir even though it claims to be refrigerated. According to the sales clerk, there is no cool bag and, in addition, you should buy the cool agent next to yourself. In the end, will I buy? A word.
