★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診の際、多角的に物事を捕らえ的確な診断をするためだと思いますが、じっくりと話を聞いて下さり、丁寧な診断をして下さいました。
また、当初は激しい動悸に悩まされていましたが、処方された漢方が私にはとても合い助かりました。現在は、おかげさまで動悸はおさまり予防的な指導を仰いでいますが、先生の押し付けがましくない指導とカウンセリングに感謝しております。
 At the first consultation, I think that it is to catch things from various angles and make an accurate diagnosis, but I listened carefully and made a careful diagnosis.
Also, at the beginning I was suffering from intense palpitations, but the prescribed Chinese medicine was very suitable for me. Nowadays, my palpitations have subsided and I am seeking preventive guidance, but I am grateful for the teacher's less impressive guidance and counseling.

私 ：初診で受診したいのですが、いつなら予約できますか？
病院：だいぶ先まで空いていませんよ。
私 ：（ここでカチンときたが）どこも予約一杯なんですね。分かりました。
病院：はい。
非常に淡々とした受け答えでした。
こちらは「いつ」と聞いているのに、それに答える気さえ無さそうに見受けました。
他の病院に電話した時には、
「一番日が近いのは、○月○日の○時からなら予約できますがよろしいですか？」
という受け答えをして下さったのとは対照的でした。
心療内科の初診の予約がすぐにできない、ということはこちらも分かっていて、
それでもすがるような気持ちで電話しているのに、
気のなさそうな対応が、非常に残念でした。

Me: I would like to see a doctor for the first time, when can I make a reservation?
Hospital: It's not quite open.
Me: (I clicked here) Everywhere is full of reservations. I understand.
Hospital: Yes.
It was a very plain answer.
Even though I heard "when", it seemed that I didn't even feel like answering it.
When you call another hospital
"The closest day is when you can make a reservation from XX on XX days, is that okay?"
It was in contrast to the answer.
I also knew that I couldn't make an appointment for the first visit to the Department of Psychosomatic Medicine right away.
Even though I'm still calling with a feeling of rushing
I was very disappointed with the seemingly uncomfortable response.
