★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祖父の書類を取りに伺った際です。本人が直接申し込まなければならない書類だったのですが、祖父は体が悪く、とてもじゃないけれど自ら出向くことは難しい状態です。そのため、代理で書類を申し込みに行きました。しかし、代理での受け取りは困難と。
どうしても本人でないとダメなのか確認したところやはり本人でないとダメだったようです。それは理解できます。
でもスタッフの方の言い方にとても傷つきました。
「今すぐどうしてもって言うなら、本人❝引っ張り出してこないことにはね❞」数名の方がコソッと話しているのが耳に入りました。
病人を引っ張り出す？もってのほかです。頭痛が酷く、ほとんど一日をベットで過ごしているんですよ？
あなたの親が同じ状況になった時、同じようなことを言われたらどう思いますか？怒りと悔しさでいっぱいです。
人と接する仕事をしているのだから、言葉遣いには気をつけてほしいものです。今後このような思いをされる方が居ないことを願います。
スタッフの方の態度は本当に最悪でした。
