市内にたくさん展示場があって、こちらの都合が良い日に実物の住宅が見られてすごく良かったです。 西区の新しい展示場も良かったです。 普段は秋葉区では見学できませんが、この日は打ち合わせでお邪魔させて頂きました。

今年イシカワで家を建てましたが、結論は最悪です。イシカワと契約したこと、建てていることを後悔しています。 今回の投稿はこの様な思いをする人が1人でも少なくなる様に願ってのためです。 営業マン【燕三条ハウジングステーション勤務】は最初は態度が良かったのですが、契約を取った途端連絡がほとんど無くなりました。契約さえとればどうでもいいといった対応でしょうか? それと内装選びなどのコーディネーターも積極的な提案が無く、生返事で覇気の無い方でした。営業マンに交代を申し出ましたが、却下され、代わりに営業マン同席して話し合いが進みましたが、これは意味が有ったのか甚だ疑問でした。 そして肝心の家本体の建築の現場監督【長岡支社】がとんでもない爆弾の持ち主でした。 地鎮祭終了後の打ち合わせで、我々の希望を伝えると『面倒くさい』の一言その瞬間絶句しました。 断熱材の施工で不備と思われる箇所の修正を依頼したところ、『私はあなたの家以外にも沢山の現場を抱えているので見れません。』と言われました。また、自分は持病もあるのでご了承くださいとのこと…これは私達に関係あるのでしょうか? 後日指摘箇所の確認のため現場に行くと、ちっとも治っていませんでした。その事を指摘した後共に現場確認した時も最初の挨拶に謝罪の一言もありませんでした。 この事から営業マンに連絡して現場監督の変更を依頼しましたが、これも却下。その代わりに上司がサポートで入る事になり、後日挨拶に来られましたが、そのアポ取りの電話をしてきた現場監督は今回の騒動の謝罪も一言もなくいきなりアポ取りをするなど、非常に不快な対応でした。 謝りに来た時は営業マン、現場監督、サポートの3人で来ましたが、【コロナなので玄関で失礼します。】と早く帰りたい雰囲気丸出しでした。当の現場監督は全く謝る気が無いのか、最初は書類を渡すなど、この人は何しに来たの?って感じの態度でした。 以上乱文ですが簡単に私達が体験してきた記録を書きました。

結論から言いますと、家を購入したことを後悔しています。そもそも一度住宅展示場を見学しに行き、その後建売りの住宅の値段が下がったから買わないか?と訪問に来たため購入しました。家の内部構造は、1階と2階にエアコンが1台ずつあり、それを常時運転させ家全体の温度を調整するという家です。正直、夏は暑くて冬は寒いです。夏は2階の寝室で眠ることができず、エアコンの風が直接当たるリビングで眠っていました。冬は全然家が暖まらず、2階の寝室で毛布にくるまって震えていました。同じ構造の家が隣にあるのですが、どうやらうちと同じように季節によって眠る場所を変えているようです。さらに、上記を担当営業のかたに伝えたところ、建築担当に伝えますと言ったっきり連絡は来ず。こちらからイシカワの本社に電話し、事情を伝え、建築担当の方と直接話をしましたが、そのような話は営業から聞いていないとのこと。呆れました。 結局建築担当の人を家に呼び、温度を体感してもらい、温度の調整について何かしら修正するようにしますと言ったっきり、はや数ヶ月経過。新築をわざわざ購入してこれほどの後悔はありません。中古物件ならまだしも。アフターフォローが最悪。これ以上の被害者が出ませんように。
