16時半に伺ったさい、コロナの関係から咳など呼吸器系の患者は18:30から、2時間位待てるかと言われたので二時間待ち、18時半に再度伺ったら呼吸器系は予約制だから今日は診察出来ないと。
明日これないか？と
言葉足らずでしたごめんなさいと言われましたが、言葉足らずにも程がありますよね。
本気でしんどい思いしながら二時間待ってたのに、大変なのでしょうけど患者は辛いから病院にいっているんですよ。
２度と行かないけどそこんとこきちんと理解してください。
そんな何日も仕事休めるわけではないんですよ。
なんかもう本当に最低です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鼻風邪で別で耳鼻科にかかりましたが薬が効いている気がしなくて、後から呼吸器系の症状が強く出てきたのでコロナの事もあり受診できるか先に電話しました。
呼吸器系の症状が出てる人は他の人と時間を分けているとの説明があり、先生から折り返しのお電話をいただいて電話での問診をしていただいて、なぜ薬が効いている気がしないのかなどもとても丁寧に説明してくださってとてもわかりやすかったです。
その後指定された時間に受診し、特に待たされることもなくスムーズに診察していただけて、待機、会計共に臨時の別部屋で他の方と会うこともなくとても安心できました。
新しいお薬の処方も耳鼻科で頂いた薬が無駄にならないように配慮してくださるし、それぞれのお薬の説明もやはりとてもわかりやすく、症状もとても緩和されました。
また何かあればお世話になりたいです。
