★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛想がないのは仕方ないとしても、お客に対して上から目線の対応が目立つ。作業中に倒木が家の壁に当たっても謝罪もなし。新築だったのに…無神経にも程があると思う。かなり酷い。ご贔屓さんばかり優先で、新規の客には冷たい印象。スピーディな作業よりも、人の気持ち考えるとか見直したらどうでしょうか？
Even if it is unavoidable that there is no amiability, the response from the top to the customer is conspicuous. There is no apology even if a fallen tree hits the wall of the house during work. Even though it was a new construction ... I think it's insensitive. It's pretty terrible. Priority is given only to the favored people, and the impression is cold for new customers. Why don't you think about people's feelings and review them rather than speedy work?
