★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 町の食堂、地元に根ずいた昔ながらのお店です。最近になくラーメンなどはスープが熱すぎず、お年寄りの方もやけどしないように配慮されているのでしょう。

I ordered a set of ramen, dumplings, and rice. There are 6 dumplings, and a small cold tofu is attached to the dumplings. The ramen had a traditional soy sauce flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マップを頼り五十番へゴー、15分ほど歩いて到着‼️いざ入店、テーブル席に常連客が３人、女将さんとにこやかに会話をしている。カウンター席に着席、調理が見れるプラチシートは言い過ぎか？
目の前て調理している店主にラーメンとチャーハンのセットを注文しました。調理を見ながら待つ事5分程で女将さんが明るい笑顔で配膳。先ずはラーメンのスープから、北海道には無い優しくてスッキリとした味、麺は細麺、若干縮れた中華麺、具材はチャーシュー、ホーレン草、ナルト、ネギ、なぜかシナチクが無い⁉️
忘れたのかな⁉️先ずはラーメンが美味しいので納得することにした❗️麺はツルツル、コシもあって美味しい、全体のバランスがイイ?チャーハンはシットリ系だが薄口のバランスがイイタイプ、ボリュームもあってコスパがイイ。店の外観、内装、雰囲気、客層、店主と女将全て懐かしいザ昭和そのもの。それにしても高崎の食堂のレベルが高い‼️味、雰囲気、コスパ、ボリューム全てレベルが高い‼️高崎グルメ恐るべし‼️
