ご飯の大盛りは、＋50円。めんのおおもりは、＋100円。

醤油ベースのラーメンに麻婆茄子が乗っけてあるのですが、ベースのスープがしっかりした味付けなので、少ししょっぱく感じました。
麺に含まれるカン水が多いのでしょうか？独特のアンモニア臭が強いです。
ラーメンの種類によって、細麺と中太がありますが、どちらもモッチリ感が少なく、プツプツ切れる印象です。
量は多いです。
ガッツリ食べたい方には良いでしょう。

タンメンの麺は細ストレート麺でツルツルっといけます。スープは塩味であっさりしていますが具の種類が盛りだくさん(いか、ベビーホタテ、豚肉、キャベツ、ニンジン、タマネギ、きくらげ、八宝菜)で出汁がでて良いスープに仕上がっていて美味しいです。
チャーハンはラードが効いたしっとり系でしっかりとした味で絶品でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個人的にはここのチャーハンと麻婆豆腐がとても好き。シンプルイズベストなチャーハンと少し不思議な味のする麻婆。
写真は日替わりランチにのみあると思われる麻婆天津飯
他にも色々と美味しそうなメニューあるのでコンプリートしていきたい。
