★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東松山主管支店で荷物がずっと止まっていて、昼頃にコールセンターに電話をして聞いてみると「確認して折り返します」と言われましたが折り返しの電話なし。
翌日午前に再度コールセンターに電話をして電話が来ていない旨を伝えると「1時間以内に必ず電話させる」と言われたのに、また電話なし。
やる気あります？
Luggage had been parked at the Higashimatsuyama branch office for a long time, and when I called the call center around noon and asked, I was told to "confirm and call back", but there was no call back.
When I called the call center again the next morning and told them that the call had not arrived, I was told that I would definitely call within an hour, but there was no call again.
