A	Akemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 後輪のタイヤが劣化したので、自転車屋さんを探していましたら、こちらのお店の口コミが目に止まり、お邪魔しました。奥に向かってお声をお掛けしましたら、優しそうな奥様がすぐに出てきてくださいました。タイヤを見て頂きましたら「もっとすり減ってパンクするまで乗られる方もいらっしゃいますし、ご希望でしたら今お治しさせて頂いてもいいです」と、率直なご意見をくださいました。急なパンクも怖いし、せっかく遠くからお邪魔したので治して頂くことにしました。「15分位なので中でお待ちください」と、ご親切に言ってくださいましたが、買い物に出かけ、1時間程で戻りましたら、タイヤ交換は終わっていました。他にも、切れていたベルト交換や、カタカタしていたチェーンの調整、ブレーキの効きも、仕事熱心なご主人様が治してくださってました。なのにお値段は最初に言ってくださった通り、白枠タイヤ交換4600円だけで、後はサービスしてくださいました。帰りには、「遠いので、次回は車で取りに行きますよ」と、何てご親切な！乗って帰る時も、2人で見送ってくださりながら、修理具合も聞いてくださるという心配りまで。今時、こんな良心的なお店があるのかと、心温かくなりました。いつまでもお元気で、長くお店を続けて頂きたいです。途中、３軒の自転車屋さんを通った位遠かったですが、信頼のできるご夫婦が営まれる、いいお店に出会えました。

ち	ちゃまちゃま on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店中か・・などをお聞きするのに電話させていただいた際に、こちらが屋外だった為か、聴き取りにくかった様で、なかなか理解していただけなかった様でしたが・・パンク修理を希望する旨を伝えたら、「直ぐに持って来て下さい」「２０分くらいで出来ますよ」と、他のドン◯の自転車屋さんの対応と真逆でした。到着すると「２０分くらいかかるから、コンビニでも行かれたら？」と仰っていただいたので、最高気温３７度の日で、近くのコンビニに買物に行き涼んで、約２０分後に戻ったら、更にお値段が、他の自転車屋さんの口コミの約５分の１で・・超ビッリ‼️‼️‼️‼️ 「硬いから油挿しといたよ」とまで仰っていただいて、御親切で恐縮しました。『大手だから安心』と決めつけていた、自分を猛省しました。過度な愛想笑いもされませんが、今時珍しい誠実・実直なお人柄で、今後も伺いたいと思いました。 When I called to ask if the store was open, it seemed difficult to hear, probably because it was outdoors, so it seemed that I couldn't understand it. J	JAEKYUNG LEE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車のパンクで伺いました。 Googleにあんまり情報がなさそうだったのですが、まだやってるのか電話で伺うと今から来るか取りに来てほしいかを聞かれました。私は近くだったので自分で持っていくとさっき電話のパンクなの？と聞かれ、直しておくので周りのコンビニとか行ってきて15分後に取りに来てと言われました。行く前にお金を下ろしてなかったのでお値段がいくらかを聞きました。20-25分くらい遅めに行くともう自転車は空気パンパンで言われたのより安かったです。無理にしてタイヤ交換はやらずにすんだけど今回また抜けたらタイヤ変えた方がいいと言われました。とてもやさしくて他の店より約1000-1500円くらいは安いと思います。ありがとうございました。 I visited with a flat tire on my bicycle.
