★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水漏れの修理でアポなしで突然こられました。小さい子供の食事の時間だったのでとても不快な気持ちになりました。また水漏れのような時でもこちらから電話を幾度となくしないと何週間も連絡がなく家賃や管理費を払っている意味がわからなくなる管理会社です。こんな管理会社だとわかっていたら入居しませんでした。
