電話口で「オフィスチェアありますか？」と聞いたところ「数は少ないですが、１０００円ぐらいからあります」と言われていきました。
ですが、店頭に行くと最安値で８０００円と言われました。
謝罪される事もなく「案内したヤツのミスですね」と笑って済まされました。
いやそこはどうでもいい。
集客目的に嘘言うのやめませんか？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先ほど8年使用したダイニングテーブルとイス6客12000円で買い取っていただきました。8年ものだったので買い取りはできないもの、粗大ごみ処分と思っていたので、びっくりです。若い方でしたが、接客態度も丁寧でした。伊勢佐木モールのお店、買い物がてら 掘り出し物がないか、いつも見ていたのですが、自宅の家具が売れるとは思ってもいませんでした。ありがとうございました。

ただ女の店員は何故か揃いも揃って知らん顔。勿論いらっしゃいませ。なんて言われた事が無い。
「この貧乏人が！」とか思われてるのかな？って嫌な気分になる。
物が良く 男の店員は普通の接客出来るのに、本当に不思議。
安くて良いものが多いだけに残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下のクチコミ後、すぐに謝罪がありました。訪問して買取りを担当するスタッフと、品物を仕分けするスタッフ間の行き違いとのことでした。店頭で売ることができない品は海外(フィリピン)におくるそうです。すぐに謝罪の対応があり誠意を感じたため、星を1つから3つへ変更しました。

嘘つきの業者です。買取りを依頼しました。物をざっと眺めて「良いものがあれば別途値段をつけますが…これなら特に良いものはないのでキロあたり10円です」と。買取られたものは「海外におくるので」とのことでした。ところが数日後、伊勢佐木町の店舗でキロあたり10円で引き渡したうちの一着が1,500円で売られていました。たちが悪すぎませんか？海外におくるのも嘘、それなりの値段で売るつもりなら正当価格で引き取ってください。
