★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワイシャツ500円。スーツの基本料金が3,500円。しみ抜きしてもらったら、1,500円。普通の店の2倍以上の料金が当たり前。仕上がりも2倍良いから仕方ない。
毎日着るシャツを出す店じゃない。ここぞ、という服に限らず、布でできたモノなら、ともかくなんとかしてくれる。本物のプロがやっているお店。
Shirt 500 yen. The basic charge for a suit is 3,500 yen. If you get the stain removed, it costs 1,500 yen. It is natural that the price is more than double that of ordinary stores. The finish is twice as good, so it can't be helped.
It's not a store that sells shirts that you wear everyday. Not just clothes, but anything made of cloth will do whatever it takes. A store run by real professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年着ているスプリングコートの、襟と袖の染み抜きをお願いしました。生地の傷みもなくまっさらになって帰ってきたので感動しました！中々良いお値段ですけど、この出来なら納得です。便利な場所にあればもっと利用したいですが家からはちょっと行きづらいのが残念。
I asked you to remove the stain on the collar and sleeves of the spring coat that I have been wearing for years. I was impressed because I came back without any damage to the fabric! The price is moderately good, but this is acceptable. I would like to use it more if it is in a convenient place, but I am sorry that it is difficult to go from home.

通常のクリーニング屋(一応ぬいぐるみ洗濯可能)よりも遥かにふわふわに仕上がるので可愛いわが子を綺麗にしたい方にはおすすめです。
We always keep our stuffed animals clean.
It's much more fluffy than a regular dry cleaner (which can be washed with stuffed animals), so it's recommended for those who want to clean their cute children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 娘のジャケットのジッパーのスライダーを付け替えてもらいました。ディズニー規格のもので適合するものがなく、いくつかのお店で聞きましたが結構な金額でファスナー毎交換しかないと言われていました。いせ山さんでは適合のものをお持ちで数百円で替えて下さり、またサービスで毛玉もとってキレイにして戻してくれました。接客もとても丁寧で心地よくリピーターになります。駐車場もあるので助かります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か事前に見積もりを確認をしたにも関わらず、平気で見積もり以上の金額を請求され非常に不愉快な思いをしました。会話の内容は覚えているのに金額に関わる部分だけご都合よく忘れたという女性は、あわよくばぼったくってやろうと考えているのか、この人はまったく信用できないなという印象。実際、裏で一生懸命お仕事されている方々が可哀想。

The impression is that the woman who remembers the content of the conversation but forgets only the part related to the amount of money for convenience is thinking of doing it in a hurry, and this person can not be trusted at all.
