★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 28日の昼頃にヨックモックのクッキー詰合せ￥3240を購入し商品とレシートを受取り午後からの仕事があったので急いで帰ったのですが29日の夜にレシートを何気なく見たら購入していない商品が記載されておりました。
丸2日くらい経っておりましたが30日に受付へ訪問すると快く返金して頂きました。レシートをその場で確認しない私もいけなかったのですが女性スタッフの対応に感激いたしました!これから贈り物等あればまた利用したいと心から思います?

買い物に行って居るのに
だったら 雑貨や洋服 食品など
気分良く ステキな物が手に入る
店舗 増えて居ます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お中元の注文をした時に、店員さんの対応がとても良かったので今回はお歳暮の注文に伺いました。
10時頃に伺ったのですが予想以上に上品な方々がたくさん既に来ていました。
ほとんどの方々がお歳暮の注文をしていました。わたしも、30分近く待ちましたがその間に店内を見ながら干支のガラスの飾り物などを購入しました。
現品しかない商品でしたがバックヤードまで探しに行ってくれたり、箱を探しに行ってくれたりとても親切な男性店員さんに対応してもらいとても良かったです❗️
食料品や衣料品も豊富に飾られています。
毎週土曜日限定入荷のお取寄せのお菓子なども予約購入することができます。
サテライトショップはいろいろな場所にあるのですが横越、吉田、新潟西の3店で広くて、店員さんの接客がとても丁寧なのは新潟西です。吉田も丁寧な対応です。横越は、店員さんにもよりますが冷たい感じのすることが多いです。レジの後ろで包装などの作業をしている店員さんには笑顔がありません。
新潟西は、お店の中央に円形の休憩場所があって、円形のソファが置いてあり、待ち時間をその休憩場所で過ごすことができます。
これからも、また、新潟西を利用したいと思います❗️

Yokogoshi often feels cold, depending on the clerk. The clerk who is working on packaging behind the cash register does not have a smile.
In Niigata Nishi, there is a circular resting place in the center of the shop, and a circular sofa is placed, so you can spend your waiting time at that resting place.
I would like to continue using Niigata Nishi again ❗️
