正直申し上げて、★の評価はひとつもつけたくないレベルです。「議論百出」人それぞれの感じ方がありますが、院長先生の高圧的なまるで人を脅すかのような態度がとてもこわいです。患者さんの口コミをきくと特に高齢者の方に対して多くみられる対応のようです。高齢者の質問等が、鬱陶しい様で、横柄な返しは待合室に聴こえてしまう事も度々。配慮が欠けております。 スタッフの皆様は一部感じの良い方もおります。全体的にもう訪れたくない印象が残りました。

保険証を忘れたら何も言わず最後の方にされた。言われたら取りに帰るとか仕方ないとか思う。 今は行ってないが、6年位前看護婦がこちらを見て悪口を言っていた。若い人数人、ベテラン看護婦もそらにつられている。指導もできない。ここは仕事場ですよ!態度に出すな。受付のメガネの方も!看護婦多くていざこざありのクリニック。 先生の腕が良くても、患者を小馬鹿にしてる看護婦がいますよー。

家族でお世話になっています。 院長先生が高圧的と書かれてる方がいますが、私は今の院長先生には1度もそんな風に感じたことがありません。 むしろ腰の低い先生だと思います。 検査してから診察室に入ると、検査ご苦労様でしたと声をかけてくれます。 検査なしで診察室に入った時は、よろしくお願いしますと声をかけてくれるような先生です。 説明も画像を見ながら細かく分かりやすく話してくれて、私は信頼できる先生だと思います。

何年か前に目の内側に出来物みたいなのができて来院しました。 院長先生が高圧的で横柄です。 症状を細かく伝えたところ鼻で笑われ、いきなり目の回りを爪を立て掴まれ、こんなもん切ればすぐ終わると言われました。 そっと触られるのではなく、いきなりガッとやってきたのでビックリしました。 そのあとにすぐ仕事にいく予定だったので、切って片目が使えないと困るから別の日にお願いしたのですが、強引になし崩しで押しきられそのまま切開。 多分腕は良いんだとは思います。 ただ急遽の切開だったので片目しか使えなく、やっぱり職場にも切る前に事前に報告してと注意されて、病院はこちらの都合を考慮してもらえなかったのが残念です。 (緊急性はなかったので別の日でも切開は可能だった) それに院長先生が患者の前で平気で他の先生?に怒鳴ってたのも不快でした。

眼科医院は、もう何年もこちらの先生に診てもらってます。先日も定期検診で、院長先生に診察していただきました。何年も定期的に通院をしてますが、こちらの口コミに書き込みされているような横暴な診察は一度も経験した事がありませんし、見た事も聞いた事もありません。診察は丁重で、患者にもわかりやすい説明をしてくださいます。検査スタッフの皆様もご親切に対応してくださいます。小さな子供の検査にも、慣れてるように見受けられました。ネット予約で自動会計機での精算なので、事務員とはそれ程接触しません。態度が悪い人なんているのかな?私は見た事がありませんね。 電話予約OKです。 予約をしていなくても、予約者優先のため少し時間は待ちますが診ていただけます。

正直申し上げて評価1も付けたくありません。私が小学生〜中学生の頃(約3、4年前)までは親に連れられこちらに通っていましたが毎回涙が出るくらいこちらの眼科に行くのが嫌でした。初めてこちらに診察に行った際、当時小学生の私は人見知りだったため、知らない人にあいさつなどをしたりするのが苦手で先生からのあいさつを返す事が出来ませんでした。そして先生はこう私に言いました。「なんであいさつを返さないの?あいさつができない人は来なくていいです」と高圧的な言い方で私にいいました。今思えば常識的な事ですがいくらなんでも小学生の子供に(しかも初めて会った患者に)それを発言するのはどうかと思いました。その時は母がフォローしてくれましたがもし私が1人だったら固まっていたと思います。その後も嫌々母に連れられ行った時も質問に対し母が答えただけで「なんでお母さんが答えてるの?あなたに聞いているんですけど」と再び高圧的な態度をされ、その後お説教されました。他のクチコミをみているとそのような口コミは特になかったので書かせて頂きました。もしかしたら現在は院長先生が変わっているのかもしれませんが同じ方であればもう二度と行きたくありません。ずっとこの事を書こうと思ってはいましたが当時幼かったため方法がよくわかりませんでした。確かに医療機関は充実していると思いますが待ち時間は長く、個人的にそこの院長先生が大嫌いなのでおすすめしません。

院長先生が横柄と書いている方がいますが、、、本当に院長先生だったでしょうか?口調の優しい先生です。 一度、女医さんがサバサバしているなと感じたことはありますが。。外部の先生かな。でも、院長先生はすごくいい人だと思います。普段はドライアイで定期的に診て頂いてます。こちらに伺う前に違う医院に行ったところ、メガネの度が合っていないと言われ。。そんな訳ないよ~と思い、その後こちらですんなりドライアイだと診断され、点眼薬ですぐ治りました。1度、目が片方にだけ動かなくなり診てもらったところ、目の神経は脳から来ているから、万が一がないことを確認するためにと、市民病院の紹介状を書いてくれました。無事に何もなく、次回伺った際に「それならよかった。手間だったと思うけど、怖いものじゃないことがハッキリ分かって良かったです。」と優しくおっしゃってくれました。本当にその通りで、手間でも調べて、安心出来ました。 なんでこんなに院長が横柄とか高圧的とかってコメントがあるんだろう・・・??謎過ぎる。 ★が4つなのは、待ち時間の長さです。予約しても、結構まちます。あと、今もいらっしゃるか分かりませんが、ちょっと無愛想な受付のお姉さんがいました。笑った方が可愛いですよ~(笑)

As the clinic is good, expect it to be crowded every time you go there. Reserve some hours when wanting to be attended here. Oh! They do not speak any other language besides Japanese.
