1時間以上待っても(病院から連絡無く！)私が先に受付してから後から来た人を受診していて嫌な思いをした！(子供が受診する予定だったが…)小さいので1時間以上は待てない！受付対応悪い‼️二度と行かない！

Even if I waited for more than an hour (without contact from the hospital!), I was disgusted when I saw a person who came after I received it first! (I was planning to see my child ...) I can't wait for more than an hour because it's small! Reception correspondence is bad! ️ Never go again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の対応が悪く、中にいる看護師もすごく態度が悪かった。忙しい雰囲気をかなり出してくる。もう二度と行きたくない。
The receptionist was not very responsive and the nurses inside were very ill-mannered. It creates a very busy atmosphere. I don't want to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜中咳込むので受診。レントゲンとCTを撮る。肺炎があるのでＰＣＲ検査、結果陰性。初診ながら、説明も丁寧でした。薬も隣りの薬局から届き、親切でした。
I have a cough during the night, so I went to see a doctor. Take an X-ray and CT. PCR test was negative because of pneumonia. Although it was my first visit, the explanation was polite. The medicine arrived from the next pharmacy and was kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車内でPCR検査の唾液を取り終わったら電話で知らせて下さいと伝えられるが、何度電話しても繋がらなく病院の方へ電話したら患者を電話越しに怒ってきた。とても病院とわ思えないし受付と看護師の対応はそこらの高校生バイトの方がまだマナーがあると思える。
I was told to call me when I finished taking saliva from the PCR test in the car, but no matter how many times I called, I couldn't connect and when I called the hospital, the patient got angry over the phone. I don't think it's a hospital, and I think that the receptionist and the nurses have more manners in the high school part-time job.
