原田病院でも他の病院同様にコロナ対応に苦労しています。外来看護師長はトリアージのための人員不足で苦しんでいます。外来看護師長はコロナ対応の人員を各部署に応援要請を出しました。リハビリテーション科、事務方、放射線科等多くの部署は協力的で人員を出しています。肝心の看護部だけは看護部長が外来看護師長と非常に仲が悪く、普段からぶつかることが多かったため人員を出しませんでした。外来看護師長は看護部長に散々食って掛かりましたが、看護部長は「私は看護部長よ。私に逆らう人はコロナ業務をいっぱい引き受けてコロナにかかるといいわ。」と言い放ちました。外来看護師長は自分の身に危険を感じ、外来看護師長の職を降り、夜勤専属になりました。外来看護師長同様、看護部長にコロナ人員の要請をしていた外来主任は看護部長に逆らったため別部署に飛ばされました。
新しい外来看護師長には看護部長と全くの別件でぶつかっていた病棟師長が強制的に異動させられました。病棟師長は反対しましたが、看護部長は「私に逆らってばかりいるからこうなるの。あなたはコロナの仕事いっぱいしてコロナにかかるといいわ。」と言いました。病棟師長は恐怖のあまり退職予定とのこと。
外来も病棟も幹部職員をまとめて異動させたため、病院はコロナ以前に大パニック状態です。職員は皆、自分が嫌な部署に飛ばされてコロナ関連の仕事をいっぱいさせられてコロナに感染させられるのが怖くてビクビクしている状態です。
看護部長は74歳です。法人の就業規則では職員の定年は60歳で65歳まで延長可能とあります。就業規則に明らかに違反しています。
また看護部長は年齢的に残り少ないので病院の将来や職員の未来について何も考えておらず、自分が看護部長の間だけ自分さえよければいいと考えています。そのため、自分のイエスマンに対してはものすごくひいきして、自分に反発する嫌いな職員にはひどい仕打ちをします。その仕打ちのためコロナ対応を使ったのです。
