トラブル翌日、店長さんから連絡が有り事実確認後丁寧なお詫びを受けました。
対応策を提案され、卒業式前にもう一度お店に伺いました。
担当者の方を変えて頂き、先ずオカッパにされた不格好な髪型を手直し、弱視の娘を気遣いながら細かく確認を取りながら見事娘の笑顔は復活。
短くなった部分にウイッグを付けて、当初の希望通りのロングのゆるふわ巻きを実現。
この担当者さん凄く腕が良いんです！これには驚きました。
結論から言えば卒業式は大成功の大好評。
カット代や一部返金のサービスを受けました。
着付けの腕も抜群でした。
とても丁寧なお詫びを頂きこちらも大変感謝しております。
今回はトラブル後の成功例です。やはりトラブルは避けて通りたい。違和感を感じた時点で責任者の方に相談した方が良いと思いました。担当者さんによるのかもしれませんが､､､。酷い初回、抜群のフォロー、担当者さんが違うとここまで違う。総合☆３で。
