コロナ禍で会社が倒産し、仕事を失いました。
公的な職業安定機関は事務的対応でこの辛い気持ちはなかなかわかってもらえなかったのですがirohaのスタッフ様は前職での苦労をねぎらい培った経験や知識を誉めて下さり求職活動で疲弊していたわたくしはどれほど救われた事でしょうか。
履歴書の書き方や面接練習にも何度も付き合っていただきました。

ハローワークやネットには載っていない求人が見られれば…ぐらいの気持ちで登録したのですが、もっと早くお願いすれば良かったです！
履歴書の書き方や求人票の見方の指導から、企業訪問の日程調整までスピード感をもってこなして下さいました。
ネットでアレコレ調べていたあの時間はなんだったの！？というほど、やっぱり専門の方は知識が違いますね…(^^;
私を担当して下さった方は、柔らかい印象でとても話しやすい上、マメに連絡も下さり、本当に親身になってサポートしてくださるので安心感がありました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の転職サイトに比べると求人は多くなかったものの、店舗があるのでメールのやり取りだけでなく、実際に会って相談出来るのは安心でき、職務経歴書のチェックや面接対策もしてくれ、分からないこと等、企業との間に立って確認してくれたので助かりました。
フリースペースがあるので、経歴書を作ったり作業が出来るのも良かったです。
ただ少人数でされているので、面談や問い合わせの対応は少し時間がかかります。
また、店舗に求人検索できるパソコンやフリースペースがあるのに使っている人を見かけなかったので、もったいないと思いました。
セミナーも開催されていますが、活用できず終わってしまったので、こちらの案内もあると良かったな、と思います。
せっかくの良い環境なのに、知らない人も多いと思うので、もう少し宣伝等して求職者に知って欲しいです！助かる人多いと思う。
