後	後藤昌浩 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星4未満の3.5です。会社と工場のあいだにあり、いつもクルマで通り過ぎているのでなかなか入る機会がありませんでした。昼時でお得なラーメンとチャーハンのセットもありましたが初めての来店ですので定番とメニューにあるトンコツ雪国ラーメン塩の中盛たぶん￥850円を注文しました。麺は硬めが好きですがあえて何も言わず。注文後5分40秒で到着。背脂がお玉一杯くらいと白髪ネギ、万能ネギ、チャーシュー1枚が乗っております。トンコツの割に臭みが無くあっさり目の飲み干せるスープですが仮にメニューにある替え玉を頼むと薄く感じてしまうかもしれません。チャーシューはその都度炙っているのでしょうか?香ばしい香りがします。麺は細めですがコシがあります。色々ランチセットもあり、常連さんが多いようですね。次回はセットもの等も注文したいと思います。ごちそうさまでした美味しく頂きました。 It is 3.5 with less than 4 stars.
