★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンフォートさんは創業がもう何十年という老舗ですが、少し前に経営主体の変更がありました。現在は夢笛グループさんが経営されています。
夢笛グループさんへの変更があっても、美味しさは進化を見せており、モーニング、ランチはかなり流行っているようです。
昔の経営者の時はカレーが有名でしたが、味の変更はあったものの、今でもカレーはかなり美味しいです。
あと、量がかなり多いいです。成人男性でもおなか一杯になる量が提供されます。経営主体の良心を感じることができます。
昔の経営者さんは、北で、ヌフ&キャトロズというお菓子とサンドイッチ専門の店を開かれています。そちらで旧来のカレールーを購入することができます。お勧めいたします。

カウンターもテーブル席もあります。
自分でシリコンのニワトリから卵黄を押し出しのせ、カラメルもかけて食べる生プリンはとても斬新です。
生卵をのせるといっても卵黄だけなので思ったよりくどく無く、プリン自体も硬めなのでとてもバランスがよかったです。
プリンというよりも硬めのチーズクリームを食べている感じで少し塩気が効いていて想像以上に美味しかったです！
