体調不良の為、会社を早退することになりましたが、その際退職の意思を伝えていないにも関わらず、セキュリティカードを没収されました。
その数日後に退職合意書が届き、31日後に退職する手筈となりました。
そこでの問題点としては、4つあります。
1つは、退職意志の有無にかかわらずセキュリティカードを没収され、理由も伝えられず、出社意欲をそがれてしまった事。
2つは、管理課の社員は社労士と相談した上で31日前というギリギリ解雇予告手当が出ない日にちでの退職日の設定。
3つ、退職合意書を提出後も退職日まで出社する意欲がある状態で出社したい旨を伝えるも、退職日まではオフィス内には入れず、仕事も与えない。が会議室内で業務外のことをせず待機という支離滅裂な命令を下される。
4つ、以前控除出来なかったとして3か月分の保険料や税金関係を1ヵ月にまとめて控除（事前のアナウンスなし）
以上の事もあり、入社をするのはあまりおすすめしません。
