麺はプリプリと弾力感が心地良い。
具材は牛肉、キャベツ、モヤシ、人参、玉葱？、小松菜、ニラ、キクラゲ、生姜、ニンニクで構成。
豚肉が一般的ですが牛肉入りが珍しい！！
野菜はシャッキリな仕上がり。
特に小松菜やニラが良い感じでした。
スープは塩味。
出汁は鶏ガラ、豚骨、香味野菜が中心と思われる。
化調は程よく入り感じでしょうか？
粗微塵切りのニンニクと生姜の主張が強いですね〜
ニンニクで香りを立たせて、生姜で後味をサッパリさせてくれます。
昼時に訪問しましたが近所のサラリーマンや工事関係者で賑わってました。
接客はとても丁寧。
価格は750円でしたが消費税を入れて830円でした。

Especially Komatsuna and Chinese chive were good.
The soup is salty.
The soup stock seems to be mainly chicken bones, pork bones, and flavored vegetables.

ミニ麻婆丼は普通に美味しいです。辛味もほぼ無く甘い系の味です。
ツレはラーメンと半炒飯のセットを注文。
