予約無しで来店したけど、待ち時間もほとんどなく、すぐに対応してもらえて嬉しかったです。
修理代金の見積りをすぐに出してくれるし、本体の状況や修理するとどうなるかなど、詳しい説明もしてくれるので、安心感がありました。
何よりも30分程で交換作業が終わったのは本当に驚きで、再来店しなくてもいいのは助かりました。
今後何かあったら、またお願いしに来ようと思います。

状況を説明し、その場で動作確認をしていただき、見積もりを提示していただきました。値段も良心的だったのでお願いすることにしました。
部品取り寄せが必要なため3,4日かかりそうとのことでしたが、3日目の午前中には修理完了の連絡をいただきました。
少しでも早く使いたかったので、大変ありがたかったです。充電も完璧に治ってました。また故障した時にはお願いしようと思います。
