★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低!!!仕事は少なく労働問題が多いです。暇な時が多く不安でした。態度が悪く能力が低い係長がいる。仕事に悪影響します。派遣の乞食みたいのに物乞いされて嫌だった。派遣の人間も多く変わっている人が多いです。ちゃんと教育しているのか？働く上で人間関係は重要なはずです。良い労働環境とは言えません。
There are few jobs and many labor problems. I was anxious in my spare time. There is a chief who has a bad attitude and low ability. It adversely affects my work. I hated being begged like a dispatched beggar. Many dispatched people have changed. Are you educating properly? Relationships should be important for working. Not a good working environment.

At first you have to contact with some "haken gaisha" which hires employees to the factory work?
