★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 場所言ったのに知らなくて携帯で調べてもたもたしてて遅かった。他の日にタクシー使おうとして電話したら「白いタクシー駅にいますからそのタクシーに連絡しますね」って言われたからそのタクシーの所に行ったら他の人が乗ってどっか行った。おかしくないですか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 県外人には本当に優しくない対応でした。電話で詳しい場所を伝えていましたが、運転手が辿りつくことが出来ずオペレーターからコールバック。こちらの伝えている場所が違うと言われましたが、説明は間違っておらず、運転手が辿りつけなかっただけ。３０分の距離で７０００円越え。行きは別会社で半額以下で辿り着いたところです。空港の位置も何回も聞かれました。タクシー停車位置も知らないようで、空港内で遠回り。停車してからも、もたもたした対応でメーターがあがりそのまま請求されたので、さすがに指摘させていただきました。が、意味が通じないようで。『は？』と。こんな最低なタクシー会社ははじめてで謝罪が欲しいぐらいです。いつからメーターをまわしていたのか、今となっては分かりませんが、全く信用出来ません。評価もつけたくないほどですが他の方の評価がまずまずなのが気になりましたので。最後に最低な印象が残った旅になりました。非常に残念。

名鉄タクシー 犬山営業所さんはこちらと違って対応がよかった。
車の台数、オペレーターの対応、料金、全てにおいて名鉄の方がいい。

とは言ってもドライバー、人それぞれなので、はずれもあるかも。
まぁ他社よりはず～と良いと思います。
犬山、江南、岩倉、一宮、小牧、大口、扶桑、配車可能。
各務原市等岐阜県からでも愛知県方面行きなら配車可能です。
コロナの影響で深夜の稼働クルマが少なくて対応はにぶいようです。
