店頭で販売員さんにお話をきいて選んだサイズのシルクの商品ですが、着用1回で破れてしまいました。水通しはしましたが、洗剤は使っておらず日干しもしていません。不良品とは言わないまでも原因を知りたく再来店しました。購入したときの販売員さんは、外国のサイズなので普段より１サイズ小さ目でOKとのことでしたが、相談に行ったときに対応してくれた販売員さんは、伸縮性がない商品なので次からは１サイズ大きめを購入してください、とのこと。その情報は最初に欲しかったな・・・・・。企業としてのサスティナブルな取組などとても良いなと思いましたが、何千円が一瞬で飛んだショックもあり、しばらく再来店はないと思います。

I came back to the store to find out the cause, if not a defective product. The salesperson at the time of purchase said that it was OK to use one size smaller than usual because it is a foreign size. The salesperson who responded to the consultation said that it is a non-stretchable product, so please purchase one size larger from the next time. I wanted that information first ... I thought that the sustainable efforts as a company were very good, but I don't think I will come back to the store for a while due to the shock of thousands of yen flying in an instant.
