担当してくださいました男性の方の対応が、あまりにも酷かった為星一つにさせて頂きます。40〜50代の方だったと思いますが、新人さん？と思ってしまう程説明が辿々しく、また中身のない話でした。わざわざオフィスに伺って話を聞く程ではありませんでしたが、今回ここの会社を通しての留学は辞めようと思えたのでまあ行って良かったかな。
私が話してる最中に何度も話を被せてきて、結果的に自分が言いたいこと？オススメしたい事？を一方的に話されて終わりました。
またオフィスに伺う前の、電話での何処の国に行きたいかなどのカウンセリングもありましたが、その時の担当の方から、今回の担当の方への引き継ぎ的なものはなかったような気がします。全て1から事情を話しました。せめてもう少し希望の留学先に詳しい方にお話をお聞きしたかったです。全然希望留学先のことに詳しくなさそうな方が担当でした。
また最後は、いつまでに決めて頂けますか？今月中に決めて頂けますか？などと聞かれ、ビックリしました。
もうお世話になることは無いかなと思います。

高い上に、契約やフライト時間も（会社の把握ミスのために）思い通りに行きませんでした。
そのほかにも
寮で一人部屋にはお風呂がついてると言われが、なかったなど、、
細かいミスがたくさんありました。
そういうことをしっかり把握してフォローしてくれません。
ただ人柄はいい人が多いと思います。

保険は自分で入ってるのを使用したい旨を伝えても断られたので、仕方ないと思い留学費用の見積もりを送ってもらったら保険料が入ってない。問い合わせると「当社指定の保険で良いんですか？」と返事。いやあなたが断ったんでしょうよ。
また飛行機の手配も、同じISSを利用した人に現地で聞いたらその方々は直行便、私は乗り換え便。
しかも行き帰りとも深夜便で移動1日がかり。同じ料金でこれはないでしょう。二度と利用することはないです。
いえ、留学くらい自分で手配するべきですね。次回は自分でやります。

フィリピンへ語学留学する際に利用しました。
私は初の海外留学という事もあり非常に不安な点が多かったですが、
