★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工学部生命工学科の時のワイン科学の1期と同期なんだが、目立ちたがりなワイン教授が名物で、相変わらずスキンヘッド教授は元気にしているのだろうか。山梨大学ワインとか海洋深層水のワインとか個性的な研究をいまもしているのかな。10年ほど経つから、初期の頃のヴィンテージが出来上がる、なんてこともあるかもしれない。日本で唯一のワイン研究を行うセンターで、敷地内でワイン用ぶどうも栽培してたよ。ワイン醸造を学んで、県内のワイナリーへって道も結構聞くのでその道を志すものは山梨大学へ。見学とかはたぶん無理だけど、本気度を見せて、高校生とかで電話とか正規の手段で交渉すれば見せてくれるかもしれねぇぞ。基本いい人たちだ。個性が強いけど。

Although it has a strong personality.
