看護部がずっとしゃべりっぱなしこちらの質問にも対応ができていない
親族の確認がないまま他の委託業者が勝手に入って勝手に治療してる
同意書も説明もなし保険書の確認もなし❓
保険書は受付で受付の判断で開示❓
↑誰でもいけるの❓上の許可は❓
カルテを取っていない状態で治療❓
ある会社から別の会社に勝手に治療が変わっていることも告げられず確認も病院ではできなかった
ここでは語れないような問題がたくさんあるような気がします同意書も書いていないそれとも私の常識はすべて間違えているのでしょうか
病院側も気づいていないんでしょうね気づいていないことをいいことに勝手に親族が知らない全く別の会社に治療をさせるような安易なシステムを組んでいると思われます
ただし内容によっては弁護士を立ててしまわないといけないような問題に発展しかねないと思います
同じ患者様で口を継続して開けることが困難な方おられますが
いったいどのような治療されたのか誰に聞いてもわからないような状態が続きます
自分で顎を動かしたりコントロールしにくい人に抜歯❓不安になって親族の方が写真を撮られていました
病院のあり方として情報の開示家族の不安疑問などには答える義務がある程度あると思います
そういう点では非常に不安を感じてしまいます

いざ着いてみても受付の方も親切でした。
院長先生に診てもらったのですが、とてもわかりやすく丁寧に教えてくださいました。
検査なども強制ではなくて「しますか？」と聞いてくださいました。
