★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 両目の白内障手術を行いました。てきぱきと検査と手術が行われ、術後翌日から良くみ見えました。現在も当然ですが、良く見えます。新しい、女性の院長先生に丁寧に手術いただき、私としてはとても良かったです。私の午前の通院の時間帯は平均すると1時間前後、手術日午後は2時間少々の時間で全て終わりました。
 We performed cataract surgery for both eyes. A quick inspection and operation was performed, and it looked good from the next day after the operation. Of course, it looks good now. I was very grateful for the new female director who had the surgery carefully. My morning visits averaged around 1 hour on average, and the afternoon on the day of surgery ended in a little less than 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 悪い点から話すとここは病院の仕組みとしてうまく機能してないと思う。
院内はとてもきれいだが、予約しても予約時間から診察まで検査を入れて会計まで3時間半以上かかった。また別の日には予約で１番目に行っても開店から診察が始まったのは50分後で会計が終わるまで1時間半もかかった。
働いている方の様子を見ても受付、会計の人、検査の人、愛想がある人ない人が極端で患者が待つのは当たり前という感じです。
だがしかし…若い医師でしたが医師の対応や判断力は素晴らしい。本当に親身に話を聞いてくれ治療方針も相談の上決めてくれる。他の小さな病院、大きな病院に行ってもこれほどの対応をしてくれたところはない。これからもこの医師にぜひ担当してもらいたいと思った。さすが井上眼科。と思ったところこの医師は大宮から西葛西に異動してしまった。
この病院には通院する度に毎回でも３時間以上の時間が作れる人、時間を割いてもちゃんとした医師に診てもらいたい人はここに来る事をおすすめしたい。
わたしは毎回通院する度にこれほど待たされるなら通うのは無理かも知れない。そんなに暇はない。

Even if you look at the working person, it seems like it is natural for the receptionist, the accounting person, the person of the examination, the person who does not have an affectionate person and the patient to wait is extreme.
But ... a young doctor, but the doctor's response and judgment are excellent. I really listen to the relatives and decide on a treatment policy after consultation. There has been no such response even if I go to other small hospitals or large hospitals. I wanted this doctor to be in charge from now on. Truly Inoue ophthalmology. I thought that this doctor moved from Omiya to Nishikasai.
People who can make more than three hours each time they go to this hospital, people who want to see a proper doctor even after taking time should recommend coming here.
It may be impossible for me to go if I wait so long each time I go to hospital. I do not have much time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可もなく不可もなく普通です。他所と比べて特別優れている訳でも劣っている訳でもありません。態々目指して行くところでもありません。受付や医師、検査スタッフのほとんどは普通に問題なく対応してくれました。視力検査のスタッフ氏とは相性良くなかったかな。やっつけ仕事で雑でした。カウンセリングもあまり意味ないかも。カウンセリングスタッフが給料をもらうためのルーティーンワークみたいで相談にならない。時間の無駄。他所と同様混んでいて予約で行っても1－2時間は待ちます。診療料金は高いです。駅前テナント料がそのままONされた感じです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目の定期検診で家族全員でお世話になっています。地元の有名な眼科さんに行ってたんですが本当に待つ時間が長く、朝イチでいってもほぼ午前中全てがつぶれるのでここに来ました。
多少待ちますが、これくらいなら全然O.K.!余裕です。
院長先生の診察も丁寧な印象を受けました。ホントに普通の眼医者さん、私は好印象です。

許容を超えるキャパの患者を受け入れているのか
大きな総合病院でもないのに軽く数時間待たされます。
稀に早く受信できることもあるがそれでも平均２時間は最低待たされる
検査まで１時間 診察までその後１時間。
はっきり言って患者の拘束時間が長すぎて本当にストレスを強いられる病院でサービスは非常に悪いです。
良い専門医だからとかそういうレベルではなく患者へのそういうことへの対応がしっかりとできていません。
外出時に電話コールもしてくれるようだが
外出しようとして何番目か聞くとあと数人なのでと言い、
結果そのまま４０分以上待たされたりもしばしば・・・・
回転寿司のような予約受け付けアプリでも作って活用でもしない限りは金輪際行きたくない。
待たされすぎて待合でしゃべる患者もいるからコロナ感染も怖いと思いますので、ここへ紹介状でも出されてるわけでない新たに検討されている方は他の眼科を探すのをおすすめします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この眼科は軽症の患者さんが対象に様に感じます。
雇われ院長の女医さんが、カルテの入力専門の女性を1人横において診察されます。
顔を検査機の上に乗せて診察開始。眼の中を調べて、患者さんによりけりでしょうが眼圧を測定することもなく目薬と次回の予約。
待合スペースで見てると殆どの患者さんが診察室から約1～2分足らずに出てきます。
緑内障等の難しい病気は不定期（月2回診察）でお茶の水の本院から緑内障の専門医が診察に来られます。しかし手術等々はお茶の水まで行く必要があります。
受付係さん、検査員さん、先生、特にこれって問題は無いですが、都内では有名な井上眼科の分院としては、チョット頼りない感じです。普通の街中の眼科と全く変わりません。あえてこの眼科まで行く必要はなさそうです。
重症な場合は紹介状を貰って赤十字病院や自治医大に行くことも検討した方が何かと都合が良いかもしれません。

軽症でご近所の方はこちらの井上眼科でお世話になっても宜しいのではないでしょうか。
P.S.
ちなみに受付から精算まで1時間前後か、遅くても2時間くらだと思います。診察が速いので回転が良いですヨ。
