★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設は大きく職員は多い。在所ケアマネから度々のすすめで他の施設から母を移したが、常駐多数の看護士はまったく役立たず詰め所目の前のテーブルで、やる気のない職員が間違った食事介助していても気付かずか見ない振りか放置するだけ。立ったまま見下ろし機械的にスプーンを口に突っ込む職員と忙しいふりで助け合わない職員ばかり。ひたすら責任を負わないことだけ考える集団で運営されている監獄のようだ。
リハビリは作業療法士とは思えない素人以下のおじさんで介助の基礎さえなく危険レベル。まして運動機能の改善はなく悪化するだけ。
最悪は担当医で、所見の低さ間違いは甚だしく技量も自覚もなく素人よりタチが悪い。無能を患者のせいにして、脱水で死に至る直前だからすぐ入院させろの繰り返し。日赤も藤田も精検して患者には問題なしと一致してるのに。看護士長も無能医師と同調し脱水が続いてると力説、要は前かがみで飲水させようとするから飲めないだけで30度背を倒せばいいだけなのに気付かないレベルの低さ。
まさかケアマネ推薦が責任逃れだけで運営されてる恐ろしい施設だとに気付くのに半年かかり、取り返しつかない親の機能低下を招いてしまった。 その後、誠意に満ちた特養から迎えられ(ご本人には何も問題ないですねと下見確認してもらい) 今は見守りと温かい介助を受け幸せに暮らしているが、あのまま井の森にあずけていたら間違いなく殺されていただろう。
Facilities are large and there are many staff. Although I moved my mother from other facilities with frequent advice from the home care manager, many resident nurses did not notice at the table in front of the filling room even if the non-motivated staff helped the wrong meal. I just shake and leave it alone. The staff who looks up standing down and mechanically plunges the spoon into the mouth and the staff who is busy helping pretend to be busy. It seems to be a prison run by a group that thinks only that he is not responsible.
Rehab is unprofessional amateur who does not seem to be an occupational therapist, and there is no basis of assistance and it is dangerous level. There is no improvement in motor function, but only deterioration.
The worst is the doctor in charge, and the low level of the finding is awful, and neither skill nor awareness is worse than an amateur. The patient is blameless for the incompetence, and it is repeated immediately after admission to death just before dehydration. Even if it is in agreement with the patient that there is no problem for Nisuka and Fujita. The nurse director also agrees with the incompetent doctor and continues the dehydration, and it is a power theory that it is important to not drink it because it tries to drink water with a pretilt, but it is low level not to notice it though you should just overthrow it 30 degrees.
It took me half a year to realize that Caremane Recommendation was a terrific facility that was run only by responsibility, and it led to irreparable loss of the parent's function. After that, she was greeted by a specially trained special care (we had a preliminary inspection to confirm that there was nothing wrong with the person). I was definitely killed.
