博	博美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 娘の結婚式で伺いました。親族の控え室に案内され飲み物を持ってこられたのですが、ポットに入ってたコーヒーは砂糖が溶けないくらいぬるいし、量も少ない。従業員も時々出入りあるものの、飲み物は足りてますかと聞いてもいいのでは？気が利かない。披露宴会場での接客は普通かなぁ。 I asked at my daughter's wedding. た	たにし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年こちらで挙式しました。選んだ理由は ①会場が貸切であること ②スタッフの方の感じがよく自信と熱意が感じられたこと ③非日常の雰囲気があることでした。コロナの関係で式を延期したためにプランナーさんや装花担当の方が替わってしまったのですが、きちんと引き継ぎされており、安心してお任せすることができました。前日にこちらの不手際でトラブルがあったのですが、ご相談すると快く解決策を提示してくださりました。おかげさまで当日はとても素晴らしい日になりました。心づかいの感じられる会場で、アーククラブ迎賓館さんにお願いして良かったと思っています。本当にありがとうございました。 We had a wedding here last year.
