Three stars. It's OK but...this company is known as TOKYO AIRPORT TAXI (airport-taxi.tokyo), which I found online after doing a search for a company that would take me from terminal three at Haneda Airport to my home in lower Kanagawa Prefecture. Making a reservation online was fairly easy except for choosing a car. They have "staff" written and after hitting that there's a drop-down menu for choosing a vehicle type, which is not understandable so I called them. In short, it does not matter what you choose, all the cars are the same. I made a reservation and paid the price online, which was 10, 830 yen, a really great price and much much lower than a regular taxi would cost. The driver spoke a bit of English and was a foreigner like me. He even came an hour early after I sent an SMS asking for that due to being brought back to Haneda earlier than expected from the quarantine hotel. The driver was extremely friendly, followed COVID protocol and was very courteous. The vehicle was a pretty new Toyota Alphard with sunroof, reclining seats, the works! The ride took almost exactly one hour and the driver and I hit it off well and had a lot in common and shared many experiences. He reluctantly accepted the tip I offered, which was because the service, price, etc was off the charts good. Fast forward to three days later, I am still under quarantine and decide to finally look through my email, and, lo and behold, there's an email from the taxi company: They made a mistake in the pricing and want me to pay an additional 7040 yen! That mail actually came as I was getting dressed to leave the quarantine hotel but I hadn't checked. Supposedly, the pricing is different for "Kanagawa West Side" where (they say) they were taking me. Just to be sure, I live on the EAST side of Kanagawa. I have refused to fork over any extra cash and await their response, if any and purposely did not name the driver here because I see him as just a guy doing his job who should not be brought into this situation between me and his company. As you can see from the photos, it only says Kanagawa Prefecture, there is no separate box, etc to choose west side, east side, far side or whatever. Beware of this company and their deceptive practices.
