The explanation is also kind and polite. I ordered it right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 諸事情により、「うちでは引き受けられない」と断られました。それ自体は理由も教えて下さり、納得はいっているものの、断りの連絡を「メールで」するというところに違和感を感じました。
そんな大事な内容なら、まずは電話で直接伝えるべきだと思うのですが、、、お詫びの仕方に不快感を覚えました。
悪い会社ではないと思いますが、もう少しお客さんとの接し方を考えるべきだと思います。残念でした。
Under various circumstances, it was refused that "it can not be accepted in our house". It taught me the reason in itself, and although I was convinced, I felt a sense of incongruity in that I refused the notification by "e-mail".
If it is such an important content, I think that it should be told directly by phone first, but I felt discomfort in the way of apology.
I think it's not a bad company, but I think it's better to think more about how to interact with customers. That's too bad.
