★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し前にここでお世話になりました。カットは問題なかったですが、その後わんちゃんが家に着くまでも着いてからも目をずっと痛そうにしていて、体の一部分をずっと気にしているように舐めていて、病院に行ったらシャンプーが目に入ったのと、よくみたら体にカットの際についたであろう傷があり、血が出ていてしばらく塗り薬と目薬を使用するようになりました。
その事をここのサロンの方に電話で伝えた際、「そういうこともあるかもしれないです」と、認めようとせず、最後まで謝りの一言も診察代を支払いするという言葉も何もありませんでした。
サロンに行ってからできた傷等だったにも関わらず認めず謝りもしなかったのでもうここには伺いません。おすすめもしません。とにかくサロンの方の態度が信じられませんでした
