★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ぼったくりクリーニング。スーツもダウンの汚れが目立って(キレイにしたから、汚れが目立つといい訳)、着れない状態で返ってきた。クレームに対して上から目線でいい訳をし、返金も謝罪なし。洗うのが仕事でキレイになるかは分からないと。ダウンの染み抜きも出来ない。染み抜き料ももらってないし、価格も安いから、他社のようには出来ないらしい。
Rip-off cleaning. The suit was also noticeably dirty from the down (because it was clean, so it would be nice to see the dirt), and it came back in a state where I could not wear it. A good translation from the top with respect to the claims, no refunds. I don't know if washing will be beautiful at work. Can not remove the stain of the down. I don't get a stain removal fee and the price is cheap, so I can't do it like other companies.
