山	山田よしみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 道中、キレイに手入れされた個人宅の庭園から癒やされます。(今の季節だけと家の方は言ってました) 桜の時期には少し遅かった… 道が少し、分かりにくい。誰かに聞きながらと思いきや、殆ど居ない… 最初に駐車場(無料)でお姉さんに聞いてはいたが、実際に歩いてくと… 小一時間程で山頂へ着くとの事でしたが。山頂へのコースは途中、枝分かれしてますが、確認出来たのは4コースかな？ (ホントはまだあるかも？) 山頂の手前で『バイオトイレ』と聞き慣れないトイレが有り。(結構、キレイ) 山頂へ着くとフレンドリーなパラグライダーのお兄さん？オジサマ（笑）が数人居ました。色々とお話して下さり、山頂の手入れもお兄さん方がしているとか。最高齢は82歳！海外にも行ったりするらしいです。帰りは、コースを変えて… チョット変った石があったり… ちょっとした散歩にはいいですよ。その足で、棚田迄行くと、少々疲れが出るらしい(ウチの主人談) 竜ヶし山頂でお話してたから、少々お時間かかりましたが、1日遊べました。本日は、竜ヶ石山〜棚田〜ニコエ〜風と月のコースでした。 Along the way, you will be healed from the beautifully kept private garden. T	Tomohiko Sugiyama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 竜ヶ岩洞の右側の駐車場に車を停めてから、コンクリートで整備された道を結構歩きます。子供連れなら40分くらい？早足でも20分はかかると思います。そこから登山口の看板を折り返すように右に曲がり、土の道を上がっていくのが登山口となります。道も含めてよく整備されており、道中には見晴らしの良い岩場があります。その先には、平成17年に建設されたバイオトイレがあり、掲示された文章を読むと、地元の方々の熱い想いが伝わってきます。その後、少し登ると小さな祠？があります。すぐ隣が山頂です。山頂の高さは359.1m(サンゴクイチ)だそうです。山頂からの景色は清々しく、皆さん思い思いにオニギリを食べたりお茶を飲んだりしております。山頂奥の下り坂がショートカットのようになっているため、そこから下山しましたが、この道はそれほど整備されておらず、落ち葉も多いため、滑りやすいです。滑りにくい靴でないと危険です。もっと大回りの棚田ルートなら整備されているようですが、自分はそちらのルートを行っていないため、その点については他の方のレビューをご参照ください。ショートカットルートの先には、夫婦岩、行者穴があります。そこから少し進めば、登山口に続いており、のんびり下って、竜ヶ岩洞で焼き鮎や竜ヶ岩洞ソフトを堪能して回復に努めた後に帰宅しました。総歩数はだいたい1万1千歩となりました。標高の割にはよく歩くコースかと思います。 After parking your car in the parking lot on the right side of Ryugashido Cavern, walk along the concrete road. It is dangerous if you do not have non-slip shoes. It seems that a larger terraced rice field route is in place, but I haven't taken that route, so please refer to other people's reviews on that point. At the end of the shortcut route, there are Meotoiwa and Gyoshaana. If you go a little further from there, you will reach the trailhead, and after leisurely descending, you will enjoy grilled sweetfish and Ryugashido Cavern soft at Ryugashido Cavern and try to recover before returning home. The total number of steps was about 11,000. I think it's a walking course for the altitude.
M	MegaLlagas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浜名湖が望める山頂と聞き、冬の晴れ間の土曜日に運動不足解消がてら来てみました。浜名湖はちょっと見えますね。山頂は下草や木が刈り込まれて、非常に眺望が良くストーブ持ってきてラーメンでも食べながらゆっくりしたかったと少し後悔しました。竜ケ石洞の駐車場から、歩程の半分ぐらいは舗装道路で、登山道も急傾斜などは無くスニーカーでも登れます。ショートコースの直登ルートもあるのですが、周回ルートなどもあるので歩き足りない場合は、色々ルートが選べるのも良いですね。観光地である洞穴があるだけに、車でのアクセスは悪くないですが公共交通機関だとちょっと不便です。ただ一年中トレーニングやちょっとしたハイクにはもってこいの山です。 I heard that it was the summit of Lake Hamana, and I tried to solve the lack of exercise on a sunny Saturday in winter.
