★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土地取引をお願いしたのですが、最初の訪問時に「重要事項」の説明なし。後ほどの電話連絡でこちらから、手数料はいくらか？と聞くと答える。その後、土地契約寸前に、測定費用は売主負担になりますという連絡。これらの事は最初に話しておくべきことで、後から次々お金がかかる旨の連絡が多く、取引に誠意は感じられませんでした。
